SALES TRAINING

The 'Art' of selling is a study of life itself. People often hate being sold to and yet many of us love to buy. What's the difference? People are often far more concerned with the actual sales person than with the product or service that person is trying to sell.

Our Sales Training courses are informative, interactive and fun. We look at all the fundamentals behind the concept of 'selling' and explore the tried and tested ways to increase your success. 

 

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

How can we possibly 'lead' people if we have no idea of how they wish to be lead? (Coaching Zone Ltd 2016) As people we are ALL different and we ALL work in different ways. We have different strengths and different weaknesses. Different likes and different dislikes.

Coaching Zones has a series of LEADERSHIP courses to suit everyone - from the 'Future Leader'  through to the experienced and advanced. 

 


MANAGEMENT COACHING

Its all very well having teams trained up, geared up and rearing to go but if their managers aren't on the same page it can all count for nothing. Management Coaching focusses on 'The Manager'. Managing people is a huge job and its even tougher if you've never had any training. 

Our Coaching courses are very interactive, business specific and tailored to your own unique requirements.

 

BUSINESS STRATEGY

Coaching Zone has taken part in a wide variety of Business Strategy forums. From business executive teams through to local government and central government initiatives. The role of leading a Business Strategy session is to ensure that the participants are challenged, questioned, mentally stretched and re-challenged. Whilst we can't control the actual outcome, CZ can promise that the process will be robust, fast moving, energetic and constructive. 

 


FACILITATION

Facilitation is the process of leading people on a journey where you often have little to no idea of where it will go nor how it will even get there. Team Building Exercises, Business Strategy Meetings, Corporate Think Tank and Executive Planning Sessions are all areas where good FACILITATION is needed. 

Coaching Zone has vast experience in Facilitation. We offer professional, confidential, controlled and unbiased Facilitation Services.

 

MENTORING

The role of a Mentor is to ask, seek, enquire and, or question the ways and methods that the participant wishes to go. It is not the job of the Mentor to 'tell' or instruct. Mentoring is a fine balance of listening mixed with discernment and reassurance. Mentoring can be used for small periods of time - for example project based or for longer periods of time when used for personal development.
